Setting up grazing tables typically takes 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size of your order.
To ensure freshness and quality, all grazing boards should be consumed within 3 hours of setup. Grazias cannot be responsible for any food consumed after this timeframe.
Grazing boards and food displays must not be placed in direct sunlight. During warmer months, we recommend setting them up indoors in a well-ventilated, air-conditioned area.
A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your booking.
All payments should be made via bank transfer; payment details will be provided on your invoice.
Please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Any dietary restrictions or special requests must be communicated to us at least 10 days prior to your event.
Items such as bowls, cheese knives, and props should be returned within 3 business days following the event.
